Thank you for shopping at Lavender Littles. This Shipping & Return Policy explains how we handle delivery of your orders and our return process. Please review carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Information
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will help you resolve issues quickly.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, personalized/custom products, and worn/used items cannot be returned.
If you believe your item is defective and covered under our commercial guarantee (see Section 3.17 of our Terms & Conditions), you must submit a complaint in accordance with Section 3.19. Please include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and supporting photos or videos.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are inspected and approved.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive your item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Disputes or claims related to the commercial guarantee are handled through the procedure described in Sections 3.17 and 3.19 of our Terms & Conditions.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
- Refunds will not exceed the purchase price paid.
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
