Welcome to Lavender Littles. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website https://lavenderlittles.com (the “Site”) or placing an order. By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to make purchases on our Site. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Lavender Littles will occur when we send you a shipment confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to obtain authorization for payment.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be applied where required and are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. In case of payment failure, we may cancel the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times, costs, and delivery methods are set out on our Shipping & Return Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Shipping & Return Policy and Refund Policy describe return eligibility, timelines (including our 60-day return window), and refund processing. By placing an order you agree to review and follow those policies if you need to return an item.
7. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display product information (descriptions, sizes, images) accurately; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Product availability may change; if a product becomes unavailable after you place an order we will notify you and provide options (refund or alternative).
8. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
- Promotional offers and coupons are subject to specific terms and may have expiration dates.
- Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Lavender Littles reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions.
- Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable except where required by law.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content you grant Lavender Littles a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and publish that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavender Littles’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or products purchased is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. In no event will Lavender Littles be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Commercial Guarantee (Warranty)
In addition to your statutory rights under consumer protection law, Lavender Littles provides a voluntary 12-month commercial guarantee for physical goods purchased from us.
Scope: If a product proves defective in material or workmanship under normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with the same or equivalent model, or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).
Conditions:
- The product must have been used only as directed.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear is excluded.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
How to Claim: To make a warranty claim, contact us at our contact page and provide your order number, photos or description of the defect, and any requested information. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs for warranty inspection.
Exclusions: Consumables, items sold “as-is”, and products with intentional or environmental damage are not covered.
Your Legal Rights: This warranty does not limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint about your order, a return, a refund, or any issue related to our service, you must contact us first through our contact page and include your order number along with full details of the issue.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If the matter requires more time, we will keep you informed of the updated timeline.
If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may pursue the matter through the courts of England and Wales, or any mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution service required by law.
Nothing in this section limits your right to take legal action.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
16. Third-Party Sites & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lavender Littles. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
